Junior Growth Strategist
At the moment we are not actively recruiting for this position, but you can still express your interest for when we start looking again in the future!
If most of this fits you, but not everything, apply anyway. We hire for what really matters. Attitude and potential are also important signals for us.
Stretch always moves from strategy to implementation and back. A junior strategist here doesn't sit in a research silo waiting for senior approval. You help shape the roadmap that becomes a real campaign, and you see whether your thinking holds up.
What you do
You research markets, competitors and target audiences before we write a growth plan, not after.
You help build the strategy that links a client's ambition to a concrete experiment roadmap.
You work directly with senior strategists: you don't get a finished brief, you help shape it. If you're off the mark, they'll tell you directly, and help you set it straight. That's the way of working, not a personal flaw.
You analyze what works and what doesn't, and help decide what we kill, what we adjust and what we scale, based on what the data says, not what someone hoped for.
You move from strategy to implementation and back: your thinking has to hold up in a real campaign.
You will feel at home here if
You would rather find the real insight than repeat the obvious.
You want a career in growth strategy, not an executive marketing job.
You defend an idea with data, not with conviction alone.
You are comfortable being wrong in front of senior people and quickly adjust course.
Dutch and English are both your working languages.
You will struggle here if
You want a fixed brief and a fixed process every time.
You would rather execute an existing playbook than build a new playbook.
You see feedback on your thinking as a personal setback instead of as being about the work itself.
You want the strategy to be finished first before you are willing to test it.
What's in it for you
A salary we are open about during the process, on a permanent, full-time contract. On top of that, you get meal vouchers and a net allowance. The culture is entrepreneurial and direct: you get responsibility quickly. If something isn't working, you hear about it quickly, just as you are free to say what you notice. You work in a young team, average age around 28, where your input counts from day one. You work together with strategists, marketers and designers on the same projects. Fixed-price projects with a clear scope and real ownership over what gets delivered. Hybrid working, office in Antwerp. A growth path tailored to your ambitions. Knowledge sharing and time for your own development are built into the agenda.
